On Politics (but not really?)
I actually watched some of the RNC last night.

I saw the first speaker, but never caught who he was... some Governor? I don't know.

What I did notice is he seemed to have gone to same speech school as Bill Clinton and George W. Bush.

I believe it's known as the Air Traffic Controller Politicians Academy... or something like that.

"When speaking use your fists. Sometimes use one fist after every sentence, to make sure people know it is important even when it is not. Sometimes flip fists, right, left, right, left... confuse them, confound them, it's half guiding the audience, half magic trick, sleight of hand my friends. Never forget the power of the double fist though. It is very important and must be used when your statement is incredibly ridiculous and should have no support, but you must make it STRONG!"

I saw about 2 minutes of William Frist and I quickly got reminded of why I don't like the man. I think I heard the word "AMERICA" as if that word and "GOD" were the same word about... 10 times in the two minutes. The man is a doctor and a senator, not a preacher, yet... don't tell him that! "Cause unless you believe in AMERICA and the power of AMERICA...then you my friend are not an AMERICAN and you will burn in HELL with those people who don't vote REPUBLICAN like a good AMERICA loving person!"

I did not make it through McCain's speech at all. He seemed frightened, uncomfortable, timid and weak. He didn't want to be there and he was boring. He had two minutes to grab me... he didn't do it and I was gone.

I'm so glad I missed the "9-11" debacle. I'm sorry though I missed McCain trying to state that he is actually the same guy who ran for President in 2000, not the Neocon, Super right wing, Support everything Republican (right or wrong) guy he's acted like the last few months, I mean he even tried to suddenly distance himself from George W. as much as he could. What the fuck is going on? Obviously he's not running to win the Presidency from the Republicans...so I guess it's all in Palin's court now.

I fear for this country... let's see what the debates bring. Hopefully if nothing else, entertainment... I want entertainment.

I want Keith Olberman to moderate and turn to John McCain and/or Sarah Palin and say "What the were you thinking with that September 11 video? You soulless person..." and then turn to Obama Barrack and/or Joe Biden and say "And what do you plan to do about that trash? Anything? I doubt it, but come on, here's your chance!"

I want this, just for entertainment value. We're headed towards Hell no matter what...may as well have fun doing it!

Fun!
I have to say, the entire election show is more bizarre than I even anticipated.
