Two TV Thoughts as follow-ups to previus post
1.) The online guide had it wrong, they did Elton John on The Next Great American Band. Dot Dot Dot and The Clark Brothers were my faves. Dot Dot Dot reminds me a lot of another band though.. well two bands. It's like the Gorillaz fictional members come to life merged with Mindless Self Indulgence. One of the Clark Brothers had a good band name idea: SHOTGUN WEDDING. Some one should totally use that.
2.) Concerning Degrassi: TNG, I don't know where the Spinner storyline is going, but if he comes out of it okay, which I assume he will and be stronger for it, I stand by my idea of a SPINNER spin-off. Shane Kippel could really grit his teeth if it was a Police Academy type show. Not the movie Police Academy, I just meant that would be the premise... at least for season one. I can't think of a TV show that has ever explored police TRAINING other than That 70's Show and that seriously doesn't count.
