Another Superman Returns note
Pepsi's Superman Returns campaign at DailyPlanet.com has an exclusive online comic and it's a doozy of fun. Here's a direct link to start reading from the beginning.

If you need a reason to actually check it out, here's the credits:
Written by Gail Simone
art by Derec Donovan (formerly known as Derec Aucoin, who used to draw Adventures of Superman during Joe Casey's run)
colors by Chris Garcia
lettering by Nick Napolitano
animation and web design by Tribal DDB
and the whole thing was spearheaded by that comics industry genius of geniuses Bill Roseman

Dude, I hated that movie so much.

I cant believe I spent $10.75 on that when I couldve just rented "Superman" for free.

Oh well, sucks to be you.

I paid for dinner while my freind paid for the movie tickets, so I didn't feel bad. and I knew going in it was a remake. Every interview and diary segment on the red & white websites made me aware of this. It's was fun and that's all that mattered.

He passed on X-Men 3 for other reasons than wanting Superman btw. They were denying him a lot of story and plot control. Why direct a movie that you don't think is good? You do it when there's nothing better, but when you're offered the chance to redo Richard Donner's classic, but with a few twists and changes, you take it!

ANY ONE WITH a BRAIN would.

Also, just for the record, so you know where I come from... not a big X-Men fan.

I only saw X-Men 2 because of it being Singer & Ottman (Ottman didn't work on X1) and for Alan Cumming.

Obviously you're not an X-men fan. NOONE "with a brain" would pass on doing X3 for a fucking Superman movie.

That other argument is bs, Singer couldve made it work if he wanted to.

Gail Simone???! *runs off*

Wait, that was wickedly cool. I didn't expect a flash panel-by-panel comic, but I found it really neat.
